All digital products and downloadable files are final sale. Because access is provided electronically, digital purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within two days of delivery at merakiblvd@gmail.com.

Include:

• Order number

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps. Items damaged through normal wear, improper care, or accidental use are not considered damaged upon arrival.
